Dear Bunnyshop:

I absolutely have to know the answer to this: nail polish, yea or nay? I never have, but my boyfriend recently told me: clean ’em or polish ’em. (He can be a real jackass sometimes.) What do you do? What does everyone else do?

We read this email before we got on the subway—that fucking B train, by the way, which took 30 minutes to show up. As an aside, we now apparently have—temporarily, thank God—the sort of boss who’s all, “Was there a problem with the subway?” when someone’s late, like they’re going to be all, “Yes, there was,” and have thus fallen into her, “Well, you should know to prepare for that” trap. Honest to God, we have no idea why some people are so miserable, so much of the day. It’s just like: If the job makes you into such a horrible person, we vote that you quit.

Anyway! That was a digression. We don’t. But we mean to. We surveyed seven hands on the subway, and five were bare. Two had decoration we do not think we can discuss without the whole mouth \\ throw-up thing. And then at our ridiculous new job, four of the six women here do. Make of this what you will. But we aim to. And when we do, it will certainly be with our new Man Glaze nail polish—our brand of choice. And in gray, our color of choice.

And! The exceptionally lovely people at Man Glaze just sent us a few samples we’d love to send someone’s way. Someones’. Keep sending us your BS Hearts ideas, and we’ll have a random drawing (as opposed to this morning’s first-come) at midnight. (-Ish.)
